Workers’ compensation insurance will indemnify the Insured against all sums for which the Insured shall be liable to pay compensation as specified in the Labour Code of Vietnam and subsequent Amendments in respect of bodily injury by accident or occupational disease caused during the Period of Insurance and arising out of and in the course of employment by the Insured.
Employer’s liability insurance will indemnify the Insured against legal liability at Law for compensation and claimant’s costs and expenses in respect of Personal Injury, or Occupational Disease, or Damage to Personal Effects caused during the Period of Insurance and arising out of and in the course of employment caused by an occurrence in connection with the business of the Insured.
