Most enquiries and correspondence regarding QBE shareholdings can be directed to the share registry. For security purposes, please quote your Securityholder Reference Number ("SRN") or Holder Identifier Number ("HIN").

If you are broker (CHESS) sponsored, queries relating to incorrect registrations and change of name and/or address can only be processed by your stockbroker. Link Market Services ("Link") cannot assist you with these changes. 

Electronic communications

You can receive dividend statements, notice of meetings, annual reports and major company announcements electronically by registering your email address online at the Link Market Services Investor Centre website. Proxy voting is also available on-line.

By receiving documents via email, you will help QBE lessen our impact on the environment by reducing our consumption of paper and plastic wrapping. There are also significant cost savings for QBE which will ultimately benefit our shareholders.
